CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (May. 22, 2024) — Ahead of the team's 2024 Women's Premier Soccer League (WPSL) season, Chattanooga FC Women today unveiled its entire line of adidas kits.
The club released three kits along with two goalkeeper kits in front of a packed crowd at the Moxy Chattanooga Downtown.
The club is delighted to announce two new sponsors with Grypho5, a Conversant Group company, joining as the front-of-kit sponsor and Clean Cult joining as a sleeve sponsor.
Along with the jersey reveal, the club also hosted its second Chalk Talk event presented by Official Partner FirstBank, where coaches revealed their exclusive insights on their vision and goals for the upcoming Women's Premier Soccer League (WPSL) season.
Chattanooga Mayor Tim Kelly opened the evening with some remarks:
"This is a community club; plain and simple. It always has been and it always will be. Grassroots movements are more difficult than top-down movements. They take longer to develop, but they last longer and the product's better, and they're real. This club belongs to this city. That sounds like a trivial thing to say, but it's not. It's a very real thing. For the women putting on that jersey, it's about more than the jersey. It's about more than your teammates. It's about this city and the entire club. It warms my heart to see you all here tonight. Congratulations. The men are off to a great start. We're looking forward to seeing how the women perform, and it's great to have [Head Coach] Tom back. What an amazing thing and a testament to the fact that this really is a community club."
Chattanooga Football Club CEO Alton Byrd, said:
“If you look at how this club is evolving, hopefully we're making all fans of CFC proud. We know that the effort to build a football club is forever changing and evolving. Our young women are super important to this club. For the young women playing for us, we want to give you a platform for many, many years."
Chattanooga FC Women's Head Coach Tom Halsall, said:
"We want our identity as a team to be ruthless and relentless. We will be difficult to break down, play with a passion and style that excites fans. We've been training extremely hard and putting all the principles into place, so we're looking to come out of the blocks strong on Friday and put in a really positive performance."
