2025 Clear Bag Policy

ARRIVAL/EXIT

All fans may enter and exit through three gates: 1) St. Elmo West, 2) South Foundry and 3) South Chestnut (occasionally). There will be no re-entry into the stadium once your ticket has been scanned. Gates will open one hour before the scheduled kick-off time.

The VIP entrance is at the St. Elmo East gate and a queue line has been added to the St. Elmo West entrance. It is nestled in between the St. Elmo gates and is the entrance point for Media and Skybox patrons. The glass doors in between the St. Elmo gates are locked on match days.

Suite Level guests must stop by the guest services desk outside the Ultra Club in the South Concourse to pick up their wristbands prior to going upstairs.

Elevators to the Press Box and Suite Levels can also be found by the VIP Entrance.

Lost and found items can be turned in at the guest services desk located outside the Ultra Club in the South Concourse.

ASSISTANCE & SECURITY

CFC staff members will be available throughout the facility on game days. If any assistance is needed please locate one of our designated staff members. If you cannot locate a staff member, please visit the guest services desk outside the Ultra Club in the South Concourse.

To ensure the utmost safety of all in attendance, Chattanooga Police will be posted at locations throughout the stadium. If an emergency occurs please notify the closest officer to you to assist.

FAN BEHAVIOR

CFC strives to be built on the foundation of its community of supporters, and always wants to have its community’s best interest. For those reasons, CFC has a zero tolerance policy for inappropriate fan behavior. Behaviors listed below are strictly prohibited:

  • Smoking inside the Stadium
  • Fighting or inciting a fight
  • Entering a seating area without the correct ticket
  • Drunk and/or disorderly conduct
  • Entering the field of play without authorization
  • Throwing or kicking any objects onto the field
  • Using profanity and/or other offensive, racial, obscene, or abusive gestures toward or in reference to players, coaches, referees, fans, performers, or other staff members.

In accordance with MLS guidelines, non-Chattanooga FC team apparel will not be allowed in the CFC Supporter Section (109). This specifically includes apparel bearing the colors or logos from any opposing clubs.

CONCESSIONS

Finley Stadium offers several Food & Beverage options for Chattanooga FC fans and supporters.  Concessions and Alcohol Beverages are available for purchase throughout the concourse. Credit/Debit cards only. No cash sales. All alcoholic beverage sales will stop at the 75’ of the match, and all alcoholic drinks must be thrown away or finished before exiting of the facility. 

Fans are not permitted to bring in their own food and beverage from outside of the stadium. 

Recycle: Good sports always recycle. Please use the designated recycle bins for cans and bottles.

OFFICIAL CFC STORE

The Official CFC Store will be open in the Ultra Club on matchdays. The Ultra Club is located through the walkways in the middle of the south side concourse. The CFC Store will be open when the gates open and will remain so until the end of the match. For other ways to grab CFC gear and souvenirs before the match, visit us online or at our brick-and-mortar location at 191 River Street in Chattanooga's Northshore neighborhood.

KIDS CORNER

At every home match, CFC will operate a Kid’s Corner area located in the east end underneath the jumbotron. Here, parents or guardians can sign a waiver for their children to play on an inflatable soccer field and engage in other fun activities throughout the match. This area will be supervised by Chattanooga Football Club Gameday staff members. The Kid’s Corner will operate from the time the gates to the stadium open until halftime. The inflatable soccer field will only be used when the CFC match is not being actively played on the Finley Stadium field.

SEATING

Fans and supporters are reminded that their tickets are for an assigned seat. Please be considerate of fellow fans and not congregate in the aisles or concourse areas where it may make passing by difficult. If assistance is needed, please locate the nearest staff member to you.

RESTROOMS

There are multiple restrooms open on the south side concourse for fans and guests at Finley Stadium during CFC matches and are spread out throughout the length of south side stands.

NATIONAL ANTHEM

The national anthem of the United States of America will be played or performed before the start of each match. Those interested in performing the national anthem before a match can fill out an interest form at tinyurl.com/CFCanthem.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

  • Large or professional camera/Video equipment
  • Laser pointers
  • Use of any type of tobacco or smoke products
  • Firearms or any weapons of any kind
  • Illegal Drugs 
  • Glass bottles (empty plastic bottles for water okay)
  • Animals, (with the exception of service animals)
  • Umbrellas larger than your forearm (small umbrellas okay)
  • Outside food and beverage

CLEAR BAG POLICY

Similar to stadiums all across the country, Finley Stadium maintains a clear bag policy. This is a policy of Finley Stadium and not the Chattanooga Football Club. Only one clear plastic bag no larger than 12in x 6in x 12in or a one-gallon, clear, resealable plastic storage bag per person will be permitted. Fans will also be allowed a small clutch purse not to exceed 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches. The only other bags to be allowed in Finley Stadium include essential medical equipment and diaper bags. These bags will need to be checked and will be given an identification band to be placed on the bag.

NO SMOKING/NO VAPING

Finley Stadium has been smoke and vape free campus since 2018.

In 2011, the state legislature passed a law prohibiting smoking in all enclosed public places. The Non-Smoker Protection Act, which was signed into law, applies to sports arenas, including indoor and outdoor areas. In concert with the new legislation, smoking and vaping will no longer be allowed in the stadium. Smoking had been allowed in certain areas of Finley Stadium in past years, but is no longer allowed anywhere on campus.
