The Arizona Western College national finalist joins Chattanooga FC Women for the 2025 season!
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (May 1, 2025) — Chattanooga Football Club (CFC) today announced it has signed midfielder Kei Yoneda for the 2025 Chattanooga FC Women's WPSL season, pending federation and league approval.
Hailing from Osaka, Japan, Yoneda spent the 2024/2025 season with Arizona Western College, where she played in all 20 matches and helped the Matadors advance all the way to the 2024 NJCAA Division I national championship.
"Kei is an exciting addition to the Sky Blues," said Chattanooga FC Women Associate Head Coach Maryn Beutler. "We are thrilled to add a technically savvy central player to our roster who will impact the game at many levels. Her tactical knowledge of the game and technical execution sets her apart from most. Kei has a strong passion and determination to develop and excel in top environments. Welcome Kei!"
Yoneda expessed her excitement upon joining Chattanooga FC Women.
"I feel very excited and honored to join such a historic club. I look forward to playing in front of passionate fans and giving my best for the team.
