Our mission is to use soccer as a tool to build strong relationships – across age, race, creed and socio-economic status – for the greater good of our city.
Each week our players and staff travel throughout the community to interact and spend time with the most important people to us: the people that make up our city.

NORTH RIVER SOCCER ASSOCIATION PLAYER CLINIC
CFC INAUGURAL FOUNDATION CUP
On November 4th the Chattanooga Football Club Foundation hosted the inaugural Foundation Cup in association with Operation Get Active (OGA). Held at Highland Park Commons, the tournament featured teams from across Chattanooga from many different Foundation programs including Spark, Forge, StrongHER, and OGA. Midfielders Leonel “Beto” Alvarenga and Damian Rodriguez of Chattanooga Football Club were in attendance to cheer on the young athletes and take pictures with some fans.

NORTH JACKSON HIGH SCHOOL VIRTUAL CAREER FAIR
Midfielder Leonel “Beto” Alvarenga and Assistant Coach Chris Nugent were invited to the North Jackson High School Virtual Career Fair at the beginning of the month to share their advice on the importance of education and discuss potential job opportunities in sports. The diverse group of ninth and tenth grade students were able to ask Alvarenga and Nugent questions about their pathway to success and the impact of college athletics on their journey to become professional soccer players. The virtual career talk was a great opportunity for Alvarenga and Nugent to share their experiences as a player and coach, respectively, and inspire the next generation of soccer stars.
DUPONT ELEMENTARY BOOK FAIR
Assistant Coach Chris Nugent joined the Dupont Elementary School for their book fair on November 9th. With a focus on reading literacy in the Chattanooga area, Chattanooga FC joined in all of the fun for the night as they connected with local fans and students, while families shopped through their favorite titles.

WOODMORE ELEMENTARY CAREER TALK WITH RICHARD DIXON AND ALEX MCGRATH
Midfielders Richard Dixon and Alex McGrath shared their career insights at Woodmore Elementary School with excited students as a part of their physical education course. The second, third, fourth and fifth graders had the opportunity to ask the Chattanooga FC team members questions about their trials working toward becoming a professional athlete and the importance of health and fitness.
CFC FOUNDATION’S CUSTOM ATHLETICS CUP
The Chattanooga Football Club Foundation hosted its first ever adult soccer tournament in association with Custom Athletics. The eight vs eight tournament was held at Highland Park Commons with $4,000 in cash prizes. The Opening Ceremony kicked things off November 10th and the champion was crowned November 12th, with 16 teams from across Chattanooga competing for the title.
BETHLEHEM CENTER VISIT ON MLS NEXT PRO DAY
Following the press conference announcement that Chattanooga FC will be joining MLS NEXT Pro next season, MLS NEXT Pro President Charles Altchek, MLS NEXT Pro SVP, General Counsel Brook Gardiner and MLS NEXT Pro SVP, Competition and Operations Ali Curtis joined Chattanooga FC primary owner and board vice-chairman Davis Grizzard and several CFC first-team players at the Bethlehem Center, a community-based education and resource access organization, for soccer drills and games. CFC staff joined the Bethlehem Center for their Dinner of Champions later that week as well.
THANKSGIVING DONATIONS
The CFC front office boxed and sent nearly 50 boxes of Thanksgiving treats, canned goods and gift cards for families across Hamilton County.
