Carolina Core FC seat purchasers can now access their tickets on their CCFC ticket portal. Instructions for how to create your account and view/manage your tickets can be found below.
For individuals who did not purchase tickets online and have not created a CCFC ticket portal account:
1) Use the link found after the instructions to start the process
2) On the subsequent page, hit the orange "Sign Up" button
3) Input the required info.
PLEASE NOTE - *USE THE SAME EMAIL YOU PURCHASED YOUR SEASON TICKETS WITH. If you use a different email, you will not see your tickets upon account creation.

4) Once your account is created, press continue, and you should be able to view your tickets, buy more, or forward them.

For Online Purchasers who have created a CCFC ticket portal account:
1) If you purchased tickets on our new CCFC ticket portal, you had to create an account. You can click the link below to sign in and access your tickets.
2) This link is also always found on our website. Go to our "Tickets" tab, and find "My Ticket Account".

Transferring Tickets
Can’t make the game? Tickets can be transferred through your CCFC ticket portal. Instructions for how to do so can be found below.
1) Log in to your CCFC Ticket portal (which can always be accessed on our website under “Tickets” and then “My Ticket Account”
2) In your portal, navigate to “My Tickets” and select “Forward”.
3) Select the game/tickets you would like to transfer by checking the box and then hit “Choose Friend”.
4) Once you do so, you can hit “Add Friend” and input the info for the individual you’re sending your tickets to. Once you add them as a friend the first time, you’ll be able to select their name from your friends list instead of inputting their information every time you choose to forward them tickets.
5) Your friend will get an email with the tickets and a link to sign in and access them.
6) If your friend does not have a TDC account, they’ll have to make an account to access the tickets you forwarded them. PLEASE NOTE: They will have to make their account using the information (Email/First Name/Last Name) that you inputted when adding them as a friend. If they use a different email, they will not see the tickets.
7) Once they set up their account and log in, they will see the tickets you forwarded them.
