Philadelphia Union II’s Kyle Tucker has earned the MLS NEXT Pro Goal of Matchweek 5 award thanks to a wonderful free kick strike against Atlanta United 2.
The Union II captain earned 50% of the vote with other Goal of Matchweek 5 nominees being NYCFC II’s Maximo Carrizo, Ventura County FC’s Aaron Bibout and LAFC2’s Luis Müller.
Tucker's sensational free kick, his first goal as a pro, extended Union II's lead to 5-0 and secured a comfortable win over Marlon LeBlanc's side.
Following their Matchweek 5 win, Union II remained as one of five unbeaten teams in MLS NEXT Pro.
