Ancelin has joined the League of Ireland Premier Division side until the end of the season.
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (July TBD, 2026) — Chattanooga FC today announced that forward Keegan Ancelin has joined League of Ireland Premier Division side Drogheda United on loan for the rest of the year.
Ancelin signed with CFC in December 2024 ahead of the 2025 MLS NEXT Pro season. He had a memorable debut in our first match of the 2025 season when he started and scored within two minutes of kick-off at Inter Miami CF II.
The Jacksonville native made 37 league appearances across two seasons, scoring four goals and providing two assists.
"Keegan has been a valuable contributor to our success over the past two seasons, and we believe he has tremendous upside in his game," said Chattanooga FC Sporting Director Sebastian Giraldo. "This loan to Drogheda United is an excellent opportunity for him to continue his development while competing in Ireland's Premier Division. This is also a landmark moment for Chattanooga FC, as it is our first-ever outgoing and international loan. It reflects the progress we've made in creating meaningful pathways for our athletes and building strong relationships domestically and internationally.
We will continue to push the boundaries of our operations to match our ambitions in the short and long term. Opportunities like this are an important part of developing our athletes while continuing to elevate our sporting project."
The club wishes Ancelin all the best for his time with Drogheda United and looks forward to following his progress in Europe.
