(April 20, 2025) – Huntsville City FC turned in a commanding performance on Sunday night, cruising to a 5-0 victory over Chicago Fire II at Wicks Family Field. The Boys in Blue delivered an electric showing in front of the home crowd, firing on all cylinders from start to finish.
Ethan O’Brien opened the scoring with a composed penalty kick in the first half before Kevin Carmichael took over, netting a brilliant brace to earn Man of the Match honors. Gunnar Studenhofft added to the tally with a confident finish, and Adem Sipic capped off the night with a stoppage-time strike to seal the dominant win.
Bryan Acosta, Alan Carleton, Zach Barrett, and Malik Henry-Scott all had assists in tonight's match. Ammar Delic had his professional debut and earned the first clean sheet of the season for Huntsville.
Huntsville City FC is back home on April 27th for Run Rocket City Night against Inter Miami II.
