Carolina Core FC Sign Defender Jeremiah White IV

HIGH POINT, N.C. (March 15, 2024) - Carolina Core FC today announced that the club has signed midfielder Jeremiah White IV to a contract for the 2024 season.

White IV, 17, joins the club after spending the previous season with the Philadelphia Union Academy. The U-17 U.S. Youth National Team player looks to forward his development with Carolina Core FC in its inaugural season.

“Jeremiah is one of the youngest players in our squad and is a great representation of the future of American soccer,” said Chief Sporting Officer Eddie Pope. “At a young age, he possesses the ability to read the game at a high level. His intelligence on the field combined with his athleticism makes him the perfect profile for a wingback or wide midfielder.”

The native Pennsylvanian joins CCFC in its inaugural season, hoping to make an instant contribution. White is very technically gifted with the unique ability to keep his composure in the biggest moments, despite his young age.

“We are excited to spend this upcoming season helping him develop,” remarked Pope.
